Staying Connected to the Present

Dance with life.

It seems a bit odd to blog about being present as one would expect that we are all present.  Yet the truth is that most are here in body, but their mind is mostly elsewhere.

Since we want to evolve it is pertinent that we remain present and perceptually aware.  I have struggled with staying in the Now moment. 

The best way for me to stay in the moment is to stay in gratitude and appreciation.  When I am loving what I am doing and loving where I am letting things flow …… I am present with creative presence.  I am dancing with life.  I am co-creating my life.

When I am not in gratitude and appreciation I am in my mind and the script of my mind is running and I am living the script.  I am living my life written by society and my mind and my contract.

You and I want to dance with life.  We want to evolve.  We want to make dreams real.   Being gratefully present is essential.

THE RECONNECTION my experience with Dimple Thawani

This is a record of my Reconnection session with Dimple Thawani

  1. To begin I feel palpitating, pulsing in my face and palate similar to what occurred with re-connective healing.
  2. Then I feel sensations of cooling, like a menthol cool energy moving about my lower body down to my feet.
  3. Several times I sense someone, some spirit watching me.
  4. In the upper right corner of my vision I see the flag pole and flag.
  5. I see my left hand, and then I see it as if in the clouds.
  6. Later I sense/vision many hands holding me up and kneading my energy as I am suspended horizontally in my energy body.
  7. I recall a toothy face close to my vision like in a fish eye lens that may be an early recollection from my infant self and later I feel is my uncle.
  8. I smell something like camphor.
  9. The word ALLOW is with me again and again in my awareness.
  10. I sense myself abdominal breathing – like in deep sleep or in deep meditation.  I notice my breath changing.
  11. As my awareness moves to my heart I vision a flower there like a lotus blooming and a figure or energy or spirit spinning there.
  12. At one occasion I sense that my body is tense like a board and then in my next awareness it feels relaxed almost as if it is a different body.
  13. I sense a fog of energy that is attached to my body for a few inches, and I sense that it also is attached to the room and Dimple.
  14. I see the tunnel and the light, like I encountered when I almost drowned, yet is not lighted and drawing me as when I nearly drowned. I have the intention to go there, but there is no movement that way.   (I am reminded of the divine choreography of how someone swam their ankle right into my hand and my hand then pulled me out of sinking in the pool.)

DAY 2 THE RECONNECTION

  1. Again, like on the first day, the session starts out with pulsing in the palate and head area, and follows with energetic sensations in the body.  Today the energetic feeling is more of a blissful feeling.
  2. At one point I envision a large object descending on me like a giant airship with seam lines running in two directions.
  3. At another I sense a grid like a fence settling on me. 
  4. I have the insight that the divine choreography that continually occurs and we sometime become aware of is able to occur because of the oneness that we are.  There simply is no other way to explain the sequence of enter-entangled events that ebb and flow throughout our lives in perfect order and time.
  5. I sense a slow close flyby of a glowing orb like the moon, and it pauses as it is near me.
  6. I can feel a tug and pull on various parts of me.
  7. I sense a lighted circular torrid of light above me out of which extends beams of light which make an arc like the curve of a rainbow and the arc of these beams of light end in me.
  8. I have a sense that I want to move and yet I am paralyzed, even sinking into the table, having a sense of what it must be to feel paralyzed.
  9. My sense of feeling moves into an awareness that I am on the table and above the table there, yet suspended.

As a week has passed since my reconnection what I am noticing now is that I have a greater desire to reconnect with others on a personal basis.  I have a greater capacity to interact from my center of compassion.  I feel my life is moving forward and I have a greater understanding of the dance of my life.  I am co creating my life rather than riding the script.  All in all the reconnection experience has been an eye opening perceptual experience that is still unfolding for me.  You can contact me at 123move@sbcglobal.netif you are interested in remote reconnective healing.  You can also contact my practitioner Dimple Thawani and see her profile for an apointment in the San Diego area… here .. http://www.thereconnection.com/practitioner-directory/detail?idx=9492..  I found her to be a most excellent person and reconnection practitioner.

Perceptual Oversimplification and Reverse Entropy

When you stop to apply your perception to truly attempt to comprehend what is going on you realize that a vast over simplification of common everyday life has severely limited your awareness.

Consider for example your awareness of a sparrow.  The sparrow is like a rock of solidity in our perceptual awareness. Yet the sparrow is an almost infinitely complex ever changing compact - extended field of light and information.  It is not just a simple object as our objective mind perceives it.  Just stop and realize all of the levels of life and light and information interacting to create what we call a sparrow.  If the sparrow was a mathematical construct it would be consuming terra bites of analysis every second to maintain itself.

Are you less than the sparrow?

We really have to start to try to understand the forces of reverse entropy  (Entropy being the concept that all things tend to move to disorder and decay and reverse entropy being the tendacy towards increasing order.)  to be more perceptually aware of our non objective extensive reality.

What is this force of reverse entropy that maintains and evolves extremely complex fields like that of the sparrow and you? 

How do we as individuals bring more reverse entropy into our lives to affect our personal evolution and the healing of others?

It seems that reverse entropy entered the cosmos from the “silence” or “emptiness” that proceeded the big bang birth.  Hence the silence and emptiness of meditation or “complete let go” could be the doorway to accessing or getting a feel for reverse entropy.

Is it possible that by trying to objectify the thought of entropy and reverse entropy we lost the capacity to understand it in its much greater reality?  Just as we lost the capacity for a greater understanding and appreciation of the sparrow by objectifying it. 

When we de-objectify reverse entropy we are left with an infinitely complex extended ”field of interaction” that organizes the reality we perceive and interact with.  An infinitely complex field of interaction organizes infinitely complex assemblages of interacting sub components.  The field could be God.  The sub components could be you, me and each other thing in existence.

How do you feel about being labeled an infinitely complex extended field of reverse entropy interaction?

Just stop and realize all of the levels of life and light and information interacting with reverse entropy to create what we experience as “here and now”.  Can you feel/see the magnitude of the beauty of the whole?

Just how does this awareness that we are infinitely complex interacting fields of light and information with the tendency to increase in complexity  ……. affect our personal evolution?  Can we use this wisdom to accelerate our evolution?

Just maintaining the awareness that our composition is infinitely complex interacting fields of light, spirit, and information is a huge evolution in itself. 

What organ of sense can we use to maintain our awareness of this reality? Is it the sense of awe?

Seeking the Source

This week it struck me as amazing the many ways many of us are seeking to reconnect to our Source.

Odd, that we are bombarded with techniques to reconnect to our true source, but are seldom told outright to seek the ear of God.   We are seeking God, but we seek God from the advice of those who have no direct contact.  Perhaps this is not wise!

This is a perceptual shift.  Whatever it is you truly wish to know, seek the answer from your Source, your Creator.  Seek your answers directly.  Do not seek to know the truth indirectly from others that claim to know truth.  No guru, no saint, no holy book and no religion will ever take you back to your source while you are living.  Only your own direct intent will get you there.

With gratitude, love, and inquiry hold the creator in your attention with strength, audacity, and intent.  Hold the inquiry from deep in your heart in the center of your attention on God.  

You will find when you finally truly have a powerful intent to commune with God and you truly finally let go, you will reconnect directly with the source of Creation.

You can get a direct answer from your Source.  You can realize your own reconnection to Source.

Integrating your perceptual selves

Embrace your rejected self and perceive the split you become whole. Perceive your self acceptance.

As we develop we tend to block parts of ourselves that we do not approve of.  We develop a shadow self that consists of blocked emotions.  Our shadow self grows as we grow. Whether we like it or not our shadow self is always a part of us and affects our behaviors and perceptions.  Our shadow self carries many of the emotions that we do not want to consciously feel.  The shadow self is built around emotions of anger, fear, jealousy, lust, rage, even love.

As long you do not recognize and accept all of the parts of yourself, you can not integrate and experience life whole because you are not whole.  You are a house divided.

To reintegrate the emotions that you have blocked you can perceive them as composing a shadow self.  Maybe you feel that your shadow self is like the lowly creeping fearful Smeagul, the Golum in the Tolken novels.  It is useful to perceive all of the rejected components of yourself as a personality such as the Smeagul, or Scrooge, or whatever.

When you have a perceptual image of your shadow self then you have something that you can forgive, understand, accept, and even love.  When you accept, forgive, understand, and love your rejected self you recapture your whole self and the blocked associated energies.  You transform yourself and your rejected self into something new.  Something whole, like the person you were born to be.  Like you were new born.

Try it.  Consider what your rejected self looks like.  Perhaps it is sneaking around, fearful and angry in the very periphery of your conscious awareness. 

Forgive your rejected self.  Try to understand why your rejected self acts the way it does.  Give compassion to that rejected self the way you would to a friend in need.  Accept your rejected self unconditionally.  Most importantly love your rejected self unconditionally.

Accept and love your rejected self.  Embrace your rejected self and feel the separate you come back together again.  You are reintegrating your self.  You have become whole.

Laughing Buddha Heart

The laughing Buddha popped into my awareness this morning.  

Maybe it is time for you to be a little less serious.  Put your life in the Buddha’s perspective and laugh about it.  Why be so serious.  Life is a short term stint.

Place in your awareness that there is a laughing, dancing, Buddha in the center of your heart.  Notice that when you place your awareness on the laughing Buddha that this his joy radiates out to all of the cells and energy fields of your being. 

Practice the laughing Buddha heart in meditation.  Then see if you can bring the awareness and feeling of being the laughing dancing Buddha in your daily life.

Choose what is choosing you.

When you choose what is choosing you, you are choosing to make your decisions based on love.  Every decision we make comes from fear or love…  Eric Pearl.

When you look at your life and the interests that repeatedly grab your attention you know that life is telling you your purpose and your choosing.

Most all of us are stuck playing roles that contradict with our choosing, our life’s purpose.

We are not progressing in our lives because we are making our decisions based on fear.  Fear is stopping our evolutionary flow.  “I have to do this to support my family”.  “I have to work here or I will have no money.”  “I have to keep this job or I will have no retirement.”  ”If I don’t behave this way no one will like me.”……  Your life becomes blocked by fear rather than opened by love.  Major and minor decision in your life come from fear.

The way out of this quagmire of fear  is to make the conscious decision to choose what is choosing you.  Choose to make your choices based on love rather than fear.  Choose to follow your heart fearlessly.

  • Document your purpose, ie …. (It could be to bring light, joy, understanding, healing or love into the world.)
  • Act fearlessly on purpose, adhering to the standards of light and love irregardless of  ”opinions or baggage”.

It is time to throw away the masks you have used to hide your true self.  Stop running away from the role of your own life.  Choose to love what is choosing you.  Fearlessly accept being yourself.  …  When you unconditionally choose what is choosing you, you step into the flow of life.  Things start to happen that were blocked by fear.

I encourage all who can help the survivors in Japan to lend their assistance in whatever way they can. 

Petra Nemcova, who lost her fiance to the Tsunami in Thailand said…..   you can feel that all the human race is one body, that when the little finger hurts on one part of the body the whole body hurts.

The human body is hurting now and it is our responsibility to take care of it.  Extend your heart.

Walk a mile in their shoes

I have covered this concept before, but it is worth reviewing again.  Even while gaining wisdom it is possible to get stuck in angry abusive situations.

The perception is to not to return anger to those who hurt you, but to move to compassion.  When you can pause for a moment with the eagle’s view and perceive the baggage others are carrying you can understand why they act to provoke you.  You can understand the pain that they live in.  You can understand why they hurt you and others, even without reason.

Once you have walked that proverbial mile in their shoes, feel what happens inside.  Allow the warmth and openness of compassion to spread through your heart and soul.  Now you are whole…….  By Penelpe Andrea from March Life Connection magazine.

Walk a mile in their shoes in compassion and understanding and if necessary defend yourself and walk away with a happy heart.

addendum: Find something about the other that you can admire, even if it is very hard to find, and hold the focus of your attention there.  Then your feeling about the interaction will shift.

Magnifying joy

You can use a similar technique to magnify joy in your life that we used to remove anger in the previous post.  You  use your perceptual creativity.

  • Recognize and make a list of the things that give you joy.
  • Take the time to really feel what each joyful situation and thing feels like.
  • Breathe that feeling into your heart center.
  • Breathe that feeling out to all of the cells of your body and get familiar with that feeling.
  • Make it your intent to magnify this feeling of joy.

Percieving and removing anger

This post concerns techniques to recognize and remove the anger that you carry about as part of your “baggage”.  I woke up in this morning with this idea about how to remove anger baggage.

  • First make a list of the situations that have made you angry.  Observe how thinking about each of these situations makes you feel. (I was surprised how big my list was.)  You may want to start a journal.
  • Second use your creative intent to remove the anger from your field.  You can create your own technique.  The technique that came to my mind this morning is that ….. I put each “anger’ into a brown paper bag in my imagination.  Then I fill the bag with helium and send it away up into the universe like a party balloon floating away with my emotional baggage.
  • Third, is to observe again how you feel about the situations that made you angry before.  For me… the anger seems to have dissipated and I find it more difficult to recall the situations.
  •  Try to use your creativity and intent to remove anger from your personal energy field.  The intent and the creativity seem to be the key.

After you do this exercise to dissolve your anger responses you will realize that you can do something similar to remove fears, magnify joy, increase love, even increase creativity.

Self Improvement 101

The old adage is “Clean up your own backyard before you start on the one next door.”

The perception of this modern parable is that if you want to have a positive impact on the world you should dig through your own personal garden and remove the weeds before you move on to help the neighbors with theirs.

In the next few posts I will be focusing on my self improvement.  You can interpret this for your own use.  I will be posting on removing negative energies and magnifying positive energies from my own personal energy field.

The subconcious mind as a filter

I read of an interesting concept, that the subconscious mind is a filter like a sieve.  It filters through the almost infinite information flowing through the field of information that is everywhere and only allows into your conscious mind what it feels is appropriate.

The inner judge is part of this filtering apparatus.  The filter lets in what the judge’s package expects and intends.

As we can open up the inner judge by placing our attention on him, we can open up the filtering apparatus by placing our attention there.  Energy follows attention.
