You can use a similar technique to magnify joy in your life that we used to remove anger in the previous post. You use your perceptual creativity.
- Recognize and make a list of the things that give you joy.
- Take the time to really feel what each joyful situation and thing feels like.
- Breathe that feeling into your heart center.
- Breathe that feeling out to all of the cells of your body and get familiar with that feeling.
- Make it your intent to magnify this feeling of joy.
