Occupy Wall Street, Occupy your Behavior

We are living in blessed times.  Individuals, especially young individuals are becoming consciously awake.  They are awaking from the stupor of mass media and realizing that they no longer wish to be manipulated and used for the benefit of  a greedy few.

Now more than ever it is important that each and every one of us takes on the responsibility to occupy our own attitude, intention and behavior. As such we will most efficiently take advantage of this great moment in history.  Greed and deceit are giving way to harmony, cooperation, sharing and compassion.  OCCUPY YOUR BEHAVIOR, OCCUPY YOUR HEART.  Live in patience, persistence and love.  The old world of manipulation and control is crumbling down and all of the kings men couldn’t put Humpty back together again!

Just to put things in perspective.  First there was the Arab spring.  Now there is the Western worlds Occupy Movement.  For sure the Oriental world will be following as Asia and China will not be left out or be left behind this time.

Soul to Soul

How would your relationships differ if you defined yourself and others as souls instead of people?

How would your life be different if you consistently dealt with life as a soul?

Love base or Fear base

A perceptual position you can explore is to become conscious periodically throughout your day about your thoughts and feelings and then ask yourself if these thoughts are fear based or love based.  They are always one or the other.

The intent is to embrace love based thoughts and perceptions and to embrace fear based thoughts and perceptions and to transform them to love base.

Can you do this?

You can when you are conscious.

Interesting Meditations

  • Center yourself in your heart.  Bring the sun and moon into the heart center.  Merge the moon into the sun.  Symbolically time stops and you bring to consciousness in this timelessness that which you wish to manifest.   You can bring your focus on understanding a chakra, abundance, increased awareness, whatever.  It is the timelessness brought about by the meditation that is important.  Time is transcended in order to manifest.

  • Decide what you wish to meditate on.  Contemplate that thing.  Then meditate on it.  Allow yourself to become the object of contemplation.  From this vantage point many things not normally available to your awareness come out.

How to heal the world

I found this technique for healing on inwardjourney.com.  

  • Using your awareness ….. go into the vibration that you are aware of that needs healing. 
  • Connect to your feeling of unconditional love. 
  • Fill the vibration needing healing with unconditional love.  Do this without judgement or direction of outcome. Fill the vibe with unconditional love and just let it go.

This is the way to heal your world, replacing fear with love.

The Core of Perception

Children have an innate desire to experience life through their expression of play.  Everywhere in the world this is true.  They connect to their creative center and enter the flow in conjunction with other children in the same state.

Adults like you and I tend to have a desire to express ourselves as well, but our expression has become tied to our experiences.  Our experiences want to dictate what comes next.  When our experiences and memories dictate what comes next we shut off our creative flow.  We go from expressing life as a child to experiencing life as an adult.  The core of our perception has been kidnapped by experiences and memories.

The focus of this thought is that you have the ability to move back to your creative expression when you drop your experiences. 

 Move to “your center of play” and express your life into being without the hindrance of your prior experiences.

In future blogs I will be considering how being in the flow of your creative center and living your life from expression instead of experiences affects the law of attraction.

Stop the Complaining Habit

Our intention is to move our perceptions towards being more and more positive.

Complaining is a product of being manipulated into states of fear and anger.  We want to stay in states of love, appreciation, play and joy.  To hold the higher vibration of these states requires paying attention to our personal words, thoughts and deeds.  It requires us to be conscious, to be out of unconscious habitual behavior.

Practice self observation without judgement.  From this perspective you know you are not your word thoughts or deeds and you know that you can choose to change your habitual words thoughts and deeds.

Also practice observing your personal VIBE.  Also begin to see that your vibe is your creation, a creation that you can learn to contol. 

As you notice the vibe that you hold when you are feeling good, appreciating and enjoying life, not complaining, you can learn to magnify the perception of this vibe and to make it “YOUR PERSONAL FEELING.  You can learn to hold this as your home vibe.  By shifting your vibe you can hold yourself off from the habit of complaining, no matter the situation or environment you find yourself in.

Question yourself upgrade yourself

The quality of questions that you consistently focus on determines the quality of your life.  The following could be some questions to shift you into a higher state of awareness.

  • What do I love about this person/situation?
  • What am I grateful for right now?
  • What could be a solution for this problem?
  • How can I feel good about the current situation?
  • How is the contrast of this moment expanding my life?
  • How can I have fun with what is happening now?
  • What is something positive that I can focus on in this person?
  • What strengths are evident in this situation/relationship.

You see, you can use self questioning to re-frame and shift your attitude and what you attract into your life.

Attracting your desires

It has been said that things are really not what you desire.  What you really desire is the feeling you will have when your desires are fulfilled.

So why not shift the way you feel to the way you expect to feel when your desires are met?

This is the way you activate the law of attraction.  Holding the feelings of having and deleting the feelings of not having …. attracts your desires.

Predetermine Your Life

You have a choice to predetermine your life experiences by deciding in advance if you are going to react or pro-act.

You determine your life experience by pre determining if you will focus on others desires and feelings or your own desires and feelings.

Guiding the unfoldment of our lives is counter-intuitive to most of us because we have been trained since childhood to pre determine that others desires and wishes are the most important that we should REACT to them.

The focus of your thoughts attracts the creation of your life.  When you begin to predetermine to place the focus your attention on how you feel…. focusing on seeing and feeling beauty, appreciation, abundance, solutions, fun, adventure, love and joy…. your life shifts.  More beauty, abundance, appreciation, solutions, fun, adventure and love is drawn into your life.

Again this seems counter-intuitive because we have been “trained” to please others…. to react.  But, if you stop to think for a moment you will understand that when you proactively take responsibility to control the focus of your attention you take responsibility for the co creation of your life.

The statement “You are just as happy as you make up your mind to be.”  is a product of this awareness.

What you proactively pre-determine to feel in your life actually co creates your world as strange as that sounds.  By choosing to focus on your own positive feelings and ignoring the desire of others to control your feelings you determine what you attract into your life.  You cocreate your life.  You become the playwright of your own life.

Try it.  Make it your intent today to only focus on positive feelings and thoughts that you can find and ignore the unpleasant feelings and thoughts that you would normally focus on.  As you practice this exercise your life will shift.  You can experience tremendous change and healings if you practice this simple exercise.  For more info on this type of thinking please read the books by Esther and Jerry Hicks.

Calling Angels

I have been visioning the life that I want to live.  At this point I am clear.  I recommend that you get clear about the life that you want to live and hold onto your vision excluding opposing doubts.

I intend to open a healing retreat in Hawaii, where I can raise my family in the company of good neighbors in a healthy, healing environment where we can help others.  I am watching as the universe provides a  beautiful location near the water where we can raise fresh produce, fruits, horses and we can fish, swim and surf and be of great benefit to those around us.

Shifting your thoughts to determine your life

You create your own abundance by shifting your intentions to focus on what is beneficial, what you appreciate, love and enjoy.  You further develop your manifestive abilities by imagining your life as you want it to be while removing your attention to how you do not want it to be.

I ask, if for a moment, you stop to recall a time when you were angry, and then to recall that your anger stayed as long as your thoughts remained on the experience that created your anger.

Do you also remember that when you finally were able to focus on something else that the anger left you?  At the moment you probably did not notice your anger shifted to something else.  This is an experience so many of us have had over and over.  There is an important lesson that is usually missed. 

The lesson is that you can choose at any time to change the focus of your attention to change your life experience.

How would your life differ if you made the conscious decision to predetermine that you would focus your thoughts on solutions and remaining positive in all environments?  While intentionally ignoring thoughts that would make you feel angry or anxious?

 

The Power of Attention

What you hold your attention on determines what you attract into your life. 

If you want to change your life, change the subject of your attention.

If your attention is held to the belief, “I am abundant” so be it.

If your attention is on … “only they are abundant … so be that.

If through your attention you are feeling grateful then you are feeling your “abundance”.

That is the Power of Attention!

Creating your life

You create your life by the perceptions you hold.

Perceive ….  thoughts and beliefs of lack … and your life will lack.

Perceive the thoughts and beliefs of abundance, beauty and grace and that is what you will experience.

Believe and perceive.
