No study of perception would be complete without considering the affect and control of brainwaves. It is a documented fact that yogis and meditator’s affect control of the output of various types of brain waves. Each type of brainwave is associated with different cognitive functions and perceptions. The basic brainwave types are alpha, theta, and beta. There are several technologies besides meditation to affect change of brain waves. Most technologies are audio and there are several audio techniques with the isochronic said to be the best.
Different brain waves areassociated with different states of perception. Deep unconscious sleep is delta wave. Theta wave is associated with creativity and dreaming and types of meditation. In an effort to dissociate from form based perception you can use the self statement, “I am pure consciousness”.
In a effort to have different perceptual experiences you can use this as a mantra as you meditate or fall asleep. As you are drifting off to sleep repeat to yourself, “My awareness is entering the pure consciousness of my higher self.
In a very real way consciousness is what is real. Consciousness is the creator or projector of form. To deeply explore consciousness there is a need to let go at least temporarily of attachment to form.

Trust in your feelings becomes more important…………. than understanding as we expand our perceptual potential, because understanding is tied to consensus perception. What Dr. Masaru Emoto really wanted people to take from the research is that everything is influenced by our emotions, water is influenced on a high level, for obvious reasons, and shows the power and beauty of love, or positive thought, and the destroying ability of hate or negative thought, you should try his rice and water experiment.

When you suspend your inventory of assumptions and perceptions (which are only real for you in this moment, soon to be washed away) and merely perceive what is occurring you enter the realm of grace which is characterized by the art of Not Doing. You have dropped into heart space.
When you accept that of yourself you can do nothing, you move into the grace of heart, having humbly surrendered your human conceptions of what is possible and impossible. You come to recognize, accept and appreciate that things are done through you not by you.

The meditation is to sit quietly and listen to all of the sounds far and near. Listen as they come and go from your awareness. Pay attention as your thoughts and feelings also come and go like passing clouds. Pay attention as the breath comes and goes like the breeze of the day.

To atenuate to practicing matrix energetics I decided to use a mantra to remind me how simple it is.

Mindfulness is the art of observing your flow of thoughts and sensations without reacting to them.
In my observations this state of standback mindfulness is readily entered when you intentionally see beauty. Take time to notice beauty in your surroundings and as you do this notice where your attention is. For me my attention moves out of my head and centers in my heart.
Mindfulness can be likened to being in the state of not doing, or unconditionality, or being neutral, or dropping down in that you are aware of what is happening but you do not take positions of judgement or analyze what is going on.
So, if you wat to enter the state of mindfulness or if you want to drop down into heart awareness see beauty. Refer to the previous post concerning the Navajo chant, beauty all around me.
Consciousness has distinct types. There is the consciousness that equates with the experiential world that is the ever flowing stream of thoughts and sensations. Then there is a background consciousness that is the perceptual awareness of this flowing stream. The background consciousness is like an open clear sky and the thoughts, experiences and sensations are like passing clouds swept to and fro by the prevailing winds of the day.
A goal is to rest in open sky consciousness and participate in daily life and not get lost in the stream of experiences as if they are you. The goal is to be the clear sky self and to bring that self into the fleeting cloud consciousness.
First he taught me to relax and feel my breath carefully which helped to focus and quiet my mind. Then he taught me to just mindfully notice the stream of thoughts and sensations without reacting to them as a problem. This is one of the most awesome statements to ever come out of and be accepted by the scientific community. It will in time completely transform life as we know it. Why has it been known and understood by advanced physicists for decades but is only now beginning to permeate the consciousness of the rest of us?
The enormous impact of this statement means that almost anything is humanly possible. It means we are not bound by the restrictions of old school solid state particle physics. It means we can explore other dimensions, realities, stars, and possibilities. It means we are all intimately entangled, interconnected and infinitely extended.
Stop and think about it. How you observe others affects what you perceive. (Quantum mechanics is not reserved for subatomics.)
Remember that every situation is a SO CALLED SITUATION. A so called bad back. A so called dis ease. A so called defect. A so called privilege. A so called lack. A so called fear. A so called blessing.
For you and me…. so called is only one of many probabilities. We have thrown out the book of solid state physics. We make up our reality as we go. We do not have to align with a so called situation. We have learned that for every situation there are a multitude of possible outcomes. That is what quantum dynamics says.
We are entitled to play. As doctor Bartlett says, you only have to be congruent and coherent. Meaning aligned with.
Empowering your guides can be considered a way to access your unconscious intelligence. It can be considered to be much more than this. Paying attention to guidance that comes from beyond your conscious mind can help you to evolve your perceptual capacities. So why not empower, create, or link to guidance.
Many of the perceptual insights we are trying to grasp require …getting out of the mind and …holding onto the feeling the heart generates.
The best way for me to hold the heart center is to focus on beauty and gratitude while paying attention to the feeling in my heart center. If you look for beauty with gratitude and intent you will find beauty all around you.
A perceptual goal is to be able to hold the heart center at all times. I truly believe from this perspective seeming miracles are catalyzed. To slip into the heart center, just ask yourself, “what is beautiful?”

Since we are moving to discard solid material perceptual reality based on Newtonian physics it is good to have a reference for the probability possiblity quantum physics based perception we are moving to. The whole post from the link above is well worth reading.
We want to expand our “peripheral” perceptual awareness. We want to allow more information to enter our conscious awareness that we have learned to block as part of our upbringing. We want to allow our conscious mind a chance to perceive those peripheral images and feelings that arise up from the subconscious because now we know that they have deep meaning and wisdom for us. We want to be conscious of more visions, feelings and information that is being held back by our personal editors.
This blog is concerned with expanding perceptual experiences. The conscious mind is capable of processing about 8 or 10 bits of information per second versus 7 million or more bits/second for the subconscious mind. We are looking for ways to get the subconscious to release more information to the conscious mind.
For this purpose we have to stop and realize that we have authorized our mental gatekeepers to limit what we perceive consciously. Most of us have learned to edit out all of the imaginary and fantastical images of our childhood.
We are looking for ways to authorize our conscious and subconscious to allow more information through to our conscious awareness. Allow imagination and images and feelings because there is meaning here. It is said that the subconscious mind communicates in images and feelings. We want to learn to see more of these images and understand what they mean to us.
Possibly the easiest way to become more aware of what the subconscious sees and feels is to ask your subconscious to allow more information through. Then give yourself the intent to pay attention to the visions and feelings that you would have completely ignored before. For me this seems to be working. I am noticing in my quiet moments sometimes I will see images. Sometimes the images are of objects sometimes they are of abstractions. As I get these images I am asking myself what do they mean to me and how are they useful to me. Sometimes I get an answer from my subconscious, sometimes a feeling such as the previous post with the eyes.
As we progress to develop better techniques to allow information flow between the concious and unconcious minds we should be able to learn better and better techniques for perceptual awareness of the useful information retained by our subconscious.
I have been learning to pay attention to these peripheral perceptions that my concious mind would normally block out. With a recent insight I recieved another pair of eyes, this pair chocholate brown. As I wondered what to do with these eyes I came to the sense that they were to be eyes of the heart, that I was to begin to see others with the eyes of the heart. Perhaps to see with the brown eyes of my wife’s good heart.
Anyone can do this. Begin to percieve others as with eyes of your heart and begin to pay attention to peripheral perceptions you would normally block off.
Feel the difference of perception that you get from percieving with the eyes of your heart instead of the eyes of the mind. Practice with this perceptual experience with me. The eyes of the heart are not bound to memories and judgements and intellectual screening. When you open to feeling and seeing with the eyes of the heart you may actually feel the feeling in your body.
My feelings, intent and beliefs determine what I experience and perceive.
I feel gifted, grateful, compassionate and awed as I perceive the belief and experience of being a luminous human of conscious projection participating in the creation of my life. It is my intention to live and hold the state that is the most beneficially creative state.
My emotions, intent and beliefs initiate consciousness to create a space of peace, joy, love, creativity, energy, vitality, adventure and possibility about me.
My beliefs are based on
- the knowledge that consciousness creates and affects the projection of quantum reality.
- quantum reality is holographically interconnected and energetically entangled, meaning that I can access knowledge, and possibility in infinitely expanding reality possibilities.
- in quantum conscious reality there are no solid separate objects, beings or stellar formations.
- emotion, feelings and intent is the power that catalyzes creation.
- use of the field of feeling as if what I am feeling is already there is the way to be a co-creator.
- When we create certain qualities of feelings and emotions, coherent (like laser light) heart based emotions, they change the stuff we are made out of and the stuff the world is made of. (Gregg Braden)
- looking expecting to see something is an act of creation because consciousness is creating and building the universe as we go.
- Most people have learned to feel the feelings of the things that they don’t want in their lives instead of the things that they want. (Gregg Braden) So they create what they don’t want! We know better.

Let your life become a perpetual prayer of playful emotional gratitude, living in the state of grace and life will mirror back its abundance to you.
How we create is the power of emotional intention and belief. We are no longer limited by the laws of classical physics. Instead we have almost unlimited possibilities because of our belief in quantum energy physics. Oneness, entangled energies, instant holographic change, consciousness projecting reality and transformation.
Feeling the feelings of confidence is feeling the feelings of knowing I am in control of myself no matter what situation I am in.. Feeling the feelings of confidence is feeling little concern for what others are thinking about. Feeling confidence is feeling the feelings of trust in myself. Feeling confidence is feeling the feelings of trusting in God and Creation. Feeling confidence is feeling the feelings of knowing I can do what I set out to do.
Feeling is a different perception than thinking feeling. It is heart based.

Move your moodorometer to the right and sense the possibility of all you can possibly be.
Try to go along with your day, staying aware, that you and everything you encounter is an assemblage of complex interacting photonic waveforms. Try to stay aware that every one of these light forms is a virtual reflection/projection of underlying complex interacting consciousness.
The earth you walk on, the people and animals you interact with, the plants and rocks and birds and trees are all interacting, permeable, flexible photonic reflections of organized consciousness.
You are a complex photonic reflection/projection of your underlying consciousness that you are at the most only vaguely aware of. (You are the projector, not the projection.) The linear processor of the conscious mind simply does not have the capacity to process the quantity of information required to sustain and project reality. Your subconscious, superconscious and or source conciousness is the computational power that assembles the projection of your world.
note: Considering the world as a projection makes it no less beautiful because the beauty is a reflection of its source.

A Magical tool for transformation would be handy for any would be magician interested in expanding the potential probabilites of their perceptual reality. Many creative tools exist. Some have been discussed here. Another tool discussed by Richard Bartlett in his latest book The Physics of Miracles is the use of creative modules.
When you encounter a block in your explorations that you do not know how to remove it, it is a good idea to ask for help or borrow the wisdom of another.
In the example in the book the creative tool is to ask a higher consciousness to create a module that contains all of the transformational capacities required to move through the block or problem. Then you simply gratefully accept the module, activate it and install it in yourself or the individual, drop down and let go.
In your state as a luminous being you notice the transformation that occurs.
As you begin to experience yourself and realize yourself as an entity of consciousness projecting luminous experiences …… your expectations of what is possible and probable transform. The laws and rules of particle based physics expire.
You are no longer bound to the limited probability states ruled by the particle based physics of the solid matter world. You enter a reality where the boundaries of what are possible are infinitely expanded by the infinite probabilities forecast by quantum (light) physics.
You are free to choose to project and experience any of the infinite probability states of the quantum light world that you now live in.
You world now is truly magic from the point of view of someone living from the consciousness of the solid matter world. In this magical quantum world, a change in your consciousness will change your projections, change your life, and change your perceptual experience. Instantaneous healing transformation becomes a probability. Communication beyond the material norm become a probability. Access to undreamed of wisdom, learning and adventure become probabilities. An environment of awesome beauty and expectation become a probability. Creation of experiences that can only be called phantasmagorical become realities.
You are a magician. You are a magician as you believe that you are consciousness that can change the consciousness that creates the world of light that you project. (If your faith is as strong as a mustrad seed you can move a mountain… Bible)
Your perceptual experiences are no longer limited by limiting beliefs. Your perceptual experiences become only limited by the limits of your imagination and the boundaries set by infinite quantum probabilites. (or higher consciousnesses)
(Our consciousness produces our experiences. Our consciousness is our programing software……. enabling, limiting, and creating our perceptual projections. Complex consciousness programming produces the complex virtual reality we experience as life. Changing your software by changing your consciousness (beliefs) will change your projections, change your life and change your perceptual experience. It is all real, yet unreal. Life is a virtual reality game that is expanding our world of perceptual potential.)
When enough individuals begin to perceive one another as luminous beings it will create a phase shift in human society and potential. Luminous entangled beings will simply not expect to treat each other the same way as individuals that consider themselves as distinct separate entities. This is a major perceptual phase shift in who and what we think we are. As beliefs shift; behavior, expectations and perceptions have to shift as well.
Presently we interact with one another as SEPERATE solid objects occupying different points in space. In fact we are not separate solid beings made up of seperate solid particles. You and I are intimately interconnected with every being and thing on this planet. What you do affects me and what I do affects you.
From one point of view we are assemblages of residues of stars, created from the light of stars. From another view we are assemblages of what seems like particles, but when you look closely those seeming particles are composed of waveforms of energy OR light. From the highest point of view we are pure consciousness projecting our experiences in a virtual light show, naively convinced by our agreements and beliefs that the show is the real thing. In reality we are consciousness projected as streams of photons.
When you test methods of perceptual change the only real confirmation of change and the only real motivator to contune practicing is to repeatedly witness and experience change personally.

Every circumstance, every intent, and every meeting of every person — everything that you live — is because of what you have been thinking about, wondering about, pondering, remembering, observing, considering and imagining…. You are literally thinking your life into being.
When you accept that you are right now, in the process of creating things that wil manifest into your experience, and you are deliberately guiding your thoughts to good-feeling ideas… your future manifested experience will be filled with things that will delight you as they unfold into your experience.
The authors go on to explain that we can learn to guide our thoughts by observing our emotions and improving on the the thoughts that create our emotions. So as you go through your day, strive to continually reach for the best possible emotions that you can hold onto. Nothing is more important than maintaining the perception of feeling good because from here your reality manifests.
Drop into the altered state of grace. Feel the desire for change. Feel the feelings you would feel had the change occurred. Allow change to occur.
Isn’t it amazing to focus on the feelings of the easy transference of the skills of others knowing the feelings will allow/catalyze a physical reality that corresponds with the feelings.
The transference of skills of others is accomplished by allowing/intending the feelings of the transferance. Once you manifest the feelings of the transfer (with belief), a transference must occur.
