Can you shift the path of your destiny?
As one gets on in life you begin to wonder just how much of your life is preordained. You begin to notice that your destiny seems to be set. The harder you try to shift yourself into a new role, the more life seems to throw you back into your same old position.
Is it concievable that there is mechanisim in place that controls the flow of sequence of events in our lives that we are not aware of?
For me it is certainly possible that there are more things that we are not aware of than that we are aware of. It is possible that some great wheel of Karma determines our fate. It is possible that some great arch angel is in charge of seeing that the right circumstances keep presenting themselves to us in our lives.
If a mechanisim is in place to determine our destiny, then is it possible that one can appeal to that mechanism for a waiver? Can you seek to reset your destiny by bold and daring appeals of words, action or behavior?
Consider making appeals to Destiny should you wish to shift yours.
Peace is the cessation of againstness. – John Roger
When I find myself stressed I find that it is a signal for me to wake up. As I posted previously I was having car troubles and I just had to let them go as troubles and realize that they are just machines going through their usefulness. When they are used up one has to fix them or let them go.
I was reminded of the quote by John Roger above. Peace returns when one stops their againstness. A perceptual shift occurs. Peace returns when one moves into the present and accepts what is.
As I mentioned a few posts back I have decided to reduce my posts on this blog in order to take care of my monetary now needs. I will be placing a donate button and some adds on this blog in the future. If you wish to help me to continue with this blog please participate by checking out the adds or by donating. I hope you are not offended by the ads. Thank you very much for being here with me and sharing these important subjects.

Life is really all about perceptions. It is like the old saying … the glass half empty or the glass is half full.
Yesterday was a prime example. I had one car overheat and another blow out a tire. I was fortunate to make it home in the first car without burning it up and I was fortunate to be able to change the tire on the other car in a safe place off the freeway.
Two events, two very possible different perceptions.
The perception is that while humans believe they use plants, it is possible that the plants are using us!
Do you wonder who/what is really in charge?
If you stop to realize that more than 90% of the biomass of the planet is plant based. Plants are the most successful biological organisms on the planet.
Many of the plants that are most successful use other organisims to maximize their territory.
For example flowering plants use birds and bees to spread their pollen. Plants use animals and birds to spread their seeds.
Is it an unreasonable stretch to say that perhaps some of the most successful plants use humans to spread themselves.
Fore example, plants that make themselves useful to humans are some of the most successful plants now. Mostly these are grain products, rice, corn, and wheat.
Anyway, it is an intersting perception.
The universe is full of abundance, yet most of us have little success in bringing out that abundance.
It seems that it is not fate that brings abundance but an unusual perceptual twist, new revelations, a new wrinkle of awareness.
Breakthroughs in awareness can bring wealth and wisdom. Look at recent creators of Facebook, Google, Twitter, Ebay, and Microsoft.
Information not generally available comes through cracks in awareness following powerful intent to solve some problem. Perhaps we should try to focus our intent more often when we encounter a problem?
A perceptual herbal consumer is aware that it is the spirit of the herb that affects his spirit rather than the herbs chemistry affecting his chemistry.
The chemistry of the herb is the byproduct/manifestation of the herbal spirit as the body of man is the manifestation of the spirit of the man.
That is why synthetic chemical drugs have more dangerous side affects. The spirit of the plant is missing.
Listening to my waking mind from the heart this morning, I had the impression of looking at a ball of twine.
I realized that this ball of twine is what my memories/thinking process has become …… a long line of thoughts where my perception has been living. You can imagine how this huge roll up in my head affects the proper functioning of my physical and mental processes. The same would be true for you.
Imagine what you and I could do and how we would feel if this twisted mass was set aside. (by changing the center of perception) Imagine how you would feel when your perception is centered in the presence of your heart, free from this convoluted mental ball of memories ……… judgements, fears, anxieties, indoctrinations, and “educations”.
At first when doing tai chi, holding awareness at the heart center, I began to notice a sutle awareness of the shift of my awareness back and forth between my thinking mind and my sensorial heart.
I began to work with this sutle awareness, seeking to bring it into greater strength and clarity.
As you pay heartfelt attention you shift your center of perception from the mind to the heart. As a bonus you will notice a big drop in mental dialogue.
Practice becoming aware of the sensations that you can feel in your heart. Listen to sounds and sense how they feel in your heart. You will notice that some sounds stroke your heart sense more than others. For example, the cooing of the morning dove strikes a chord in my heart center.
Practice feeling the texture of things, the freshness, the sight, the sound, the taste, the smell, all as heartfelt sensations. Practice feeling the emotions of the environment.
Practice being aware of all of your senses and how they feel as sensations in your body especially in the heart center. Practice paying attention to your feelings as you exercise. I have started this practice as I do Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi exercises in the morning.
Practice paying attention to what your environment and body is telling you. Attend to discomfort rather than blocking its awareness. This is heart centered perception.
When the ego rules, the mind entrains the heart/body to do its bidding.
We desire to get to the point where our heart as an organ of perception and awareness entrains the body/ mind. As the assmeblage of awareness nests in the heart its dominance entrains the body/mind. A whole new world of perception opens up.
The situation is that we have trained our minds to be in control since the age of 5 or 6. Our hearts control is still at the developmental stage of 5 or 6. One technique to shift the focus of your awareness to your heart is to…. focus on external stimuli while holding the emotions of caring, loving and curiosity.
The shift in the focus of awareness, from thinking to external sensory perception, significantly modifies and slows the duration of the cardiac cycle, producing a cascade that affects all physiological and cognitive functioning. …..
Heart coherence begins when the location of consciousness is shifted from the brain to the heart, either through focus on the heart itself or on external sensory cues and how they feel. pg 100
In deepening this shift to coherence, most heart researchers emphasize focus on ….. external stimuli……. while intentionally generating the emotions of caring and affection. pg 99 Quotes from Stephen Harrod Buhner’s book The Secret Teachings of Plants.
Isn’t it about time that we all stopped deluding ourselves and take notice of where and what we are. It is said that we are spiritual beings having earthly experiences. Any one with awareness knows the truth of this statement.
From the spiritual standpoint everything we encounter is a manifestation of spirit. Indigent cultures and older generations were profoundly aware of the spiritual nature of all things. You simply can not separate spirit from form. Without spirit there is no form. Spirit is the energy that manifests form.
The advent of the industrial revolution with the development of material sciences and the modern ego separated spirit from form by designating all forms as mechanistic and separate from spirit . The concept of spirit was thrown out and replaced with a mechanical concept of energy. The result produces a belief that the world and its componets is a dead machine. You can see consequences of these mechanistic beliefs.
The truth is that when we look past the mask of our egos and our mechanistic beliefs we see and interact with spirit.
When we meet someone, it is the spirit of the person we meet, not some ego projection. Ignorance occurs when ego projections overshadow perceptions of spirit. Because of the predominance of ego awareness spiritual perception is almost always blocked.
Try to live in the present. Everywhere you look, everything you see and sense …. planets, stars, people, animals, plants, blades of grass, and rocks all have their own spiritual beingness. To deny and ignore this fact is to deny and ignore your own spiritual beingness.
While doing Tai Chi Chi Gong hold the vision of your assemblage point anchored in its perfect spot flexible at the heart center.
Hold the vision of energies being moved and circulated throughout the luminous egg, clearing, energizing, and mobilizing your energy body.
As if holding onto a vision on high your attention assemblage is nested with an upward slant ensuring a healthy alert awareness.
Can it be so simple that a persons attitude, perception, energy, awareness, health, and prosperity are tied to the posture of the assemblage point? This is exactly what it seems the Toltecs believe.
Try it and see…… Intend to hold your attention as if your consciousness and perception is assembled from a vortex of energy coming in at a slight upward angle from the top of the heart chakra.
Work with this for several days and write down any differences you perceive and feel.
With this practice you may gradually re-anchor your assemblage point in more maximal position for the unfoldment of your life.
It could be said that the assemblage point is the lens through which we experience Life. When that lens is askew, nothing will appear in its normal light or its normal focus… Della Van Hise
The assemblage point is the energetic area of your energy body where perception is assembled.
The position and the stability of the position of the assembly point determines the world you live in the world you perceive and the state of your life, health and emotions.
The ideal position to anchor the assemblage of perception for a balanced, healthy, happy life is in the heart chakra area near the thymus as shown in the previous post.
The tools you will use to move and anchor your perceptual gateway in this position are intent and energy. Hold the intent to anchor your assemblage in the upper heart chakra while using your energy to collect and move it.
Various techniques can be used to facilitate collecting and anchoring your assemblage.
- You can do tai chi or chi gong with the intent of collecting assembly energies and restoring them to the heart chakra.
- You can do breathing meditation with the intent of collecting scattered assemblage or moving a displaced assemblage back to the heart chakra.
- You can place your posture in a position holding the heart center forward and uplifted.
- Hold the perception throughout your day of the vortex of energy of your assemblage being securely anchored in the heart chakra.
- Exercise moving your head, eyes, and body while holding awareness of your assemblage center nested in its heart center.
You can create various techniques to anchor your assemblage point, the key is intent and to use your personal energy. You can see previous posts on this topic on June 8 & 9th 2009, or you can search assemblage point in the upper right box.
Considering the relationship of everything and how different things exist in the oneness of all I am reminded of the concept of the assemblage point. It seems that each material construct, each material entity is a different assembly of alignments of perception.
An entity is itself specific alignments of perception of the whole. The focused conscious perception of the entity is a small heightened component of the total alignment of the entity. Everyone is able to shift the alignment of their assemblage to some extent as they process information throughout the day.
In the flow of life the alignment of perception of an entity is in continuous flux.
The assemblage point is real. With training, the practitioner can see a client’s assemblage point with the conscious physical eye, feel it with the hands, and measure it with scientific equipment. And, one can learn to feel it within the self. Most people who achieve this level of awareness express surprise that they had not felt it earlier. ….People who have their assemblage point restored to the center of their chest often describe themselves as “in the flow.” For them, life seems effortless and joyful……. …. a must read …. from assemblagepointshift.com
Moving the assemblage point is simply a matter of intent and energy
I have reviewed moving the assemblage point in previous posts. One of the easiest ways to shift your assemblage point that gives an immediate emotional change is to shift your posture.
Where is your AP centered? Is it near its place of normal balance at the heart center? Or is it off to the left or right or in the head?
Throw your shoulders back, ears over the shoulders, stand proud, chest forward and intend that your power center is your heart center. Can you feel a difference? Intend to hold and embrace this position as your maximum place of being. Perceive a flowing vortex of energy about the heart center.
….the egoistic perspective will never co-operate with this process….When the assemblage point is centralized in the chest, it acts to light and waken the heart perspective. We are lent a literal second seat of perception, or container of consciousness, through which the trapped unconscious information begins to flow from our depths. This event restores self-healing, ….Cheyenne Maloney
BE SKEPTICAL, BUT LEARN TO LISTEN
Don’t believe yourself or anybody else. Use the power of doubt to question everything you hear: Is it really the truth? Listen to the intent behind the words, and you will understand the real message. don Miguel Ruiz
